1. Purpose of the Member Portal
The CU Certified Member Portal is designed exclusively for participating credit unions. Its primary purpose is to:
- Provide updates on current and upcoming contests and campaigns
- Share marketing collateral and promotional materials
- Announce key updates, recognitions, and incentive programs
- Support collaboration and communication with credit union partners
2. Member Access & Eligibility
Access to this portal is limited to authorized representatives of credit unions currently affiliated with CU Certified. Each member account is associated with specific group tags (e.g., region, state, contest participation) that determine access to certain materials.
You agree to:
- Keep your login credentials confidential
- Use the portal only for approved internal purposes
- Notify CU Certified if you suspect unauthorized access to your account
3. Content & Downloads
All documents, images, and promotional content made available in the portal are the property of CU Certified or its partners and are intended for use by participating credit unions only.
You may:
- Download and distribute provided materials for your credit union’s promotional use
- Share internal updates with your staff as appropriate
You may not:
- Modify or resell the content without prior written approval
- Share access credentials or downloaded materials with non-affiliated third parties
4. Group Segmentation & Access Control
Access to specific content is based on your group assignment (e.g., state, region, contest participation). CU Certified reserves the right to update group assignments or restrict access at any time to ensure appropriate use and confidentiality.
5. Portal Availability & Updates
We strive to maintain a secure, accessible platform. However, availability may be subject to occasional downtime for maintenance or updates. CU Certified reserves the right to modify the content, structure, or access features of the portal at any time.
