  • How does the CU Certified training program get results?

    Loan officer product knowledge confidence is a key first step. A best-in-class contract still requires member education which is where CU Certified trainers excel. We take the time to educate loan officers on the outside influences that can directly effect the members ownership period.

  • What does a typical roll out training look like?

    Our proven ten-step training program is spread out over a six month period. We establish a partnership with our credit unions through commitment to training and results. The CU Certified training team is dedicated to helping their partners establish a low pressure sales culture which is based in guided discovery member education.

  • Why is our training unique?

    We could go on forever on this topic! One on one training sessions, live loan closings to model the perfect presentation for the loan officer, and “loan simulation” evaluations to help credit union management gain accountability to their own process. In general, our partners see and increase of 20%-30% in ancillary product non-interest income after out ten step training program is complete.
